Our studio on the Zeeburgerpad will be available within 2 months or less. The space, an almost perfect square with high ceilings and big windows, light concrete floor and white walls, measures 84 m2. The studio is situated in a one floor building with three other companies, we share the kitchen and toilets.
Due to the north orientation, sunlight never hits inside the space except through the 2 large sunroofs at moments so summers are cool despite the big windows. It also creates an almost constant brightness inside the space throughout the whole day. The two huge ceiling windows are fitted with opaque panels which filter and disperse the light equally throughout the whole space. This makes the space easy to use as a daylight photostudio.
Additionally, a 24m2 dock terrace adjacent to the space gives you the possibility to enjoy outside lunches/meetings/moments of zen/ smoking etc. etc. overlooking the canal. Beautiful place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. Also there’s more than enough space to dock your own boat next to this studio.
Parking in front of the building is easy and public transport and Ring A10 are around the corner.
